Through its optical MADI interface and single Gigabit Ethernet connection, the MGO enables up to 128 channels of audio transport at 48kHz, or up to 64 channels at 96kHz, allowing established MADI equipped consoles, stage racks and routing systems to become part of a modern networked workflow.

Unlike conventional point-to-point MADI connections, SoundGrid provides the ability to distribute audio across multiple devices and computers simultaneously, opening opportunities for recording, playback and real-time processing without disrupting the existing signal path.
