How does it work?

  • Step 1.

    TELL US WHAT YOU WANT TO EVALUATE.

    Choose the equipment you’re interested in and tell us a little about what you’re hoping to achieve, what you want to test or the problem you’re looking to solve.

  • Step 2.

    WE’LL ARRANGE YOUR EVALUATION.

    We’ll get back to you within 48 hours, to find a seven-day evaluation period that works for you.

  • Step 3.

    WE SEND IT TO YOU.

    Once everything is arranged, we’ll book the courier and send the equipment directly to you. You’ll receive DPD tracking notifications, so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.

  • Step 4.

    PUT IT TO WORK.

    This is your chance to use the equipment in your own environment. The case includes the certified cabling you need for a standalone setup, plus a QR code with useful product information and resources.

  • Step 5.

    WE’LL CHECK IN.

    Part way through your evaluation, we’ll get in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions.

  • Step 6.

    WE COLLECT IT.

    Your return label will be included inside the case. You just need to attach the label to the case and hand it back to the courier at the agreed time and date.

  • Step 7.

    DECIDE WHAT’S RIGHT FOR YOU.

    Once we’ve received the equipment back, we’ll give you some time to consider your experience. We’ll follow up to see if you have any questions, need anything else or would like to talk about purchasing the equipment.

  • Yes. Our demo programme is completely free.

    There’s no charge to evaluate the equipment. We arrange delivery and return of the demo equipment so you can focus on testing it in your own environment.

  • Start by submitting your name, contact email and the product you’re interested in evaluating in the form on this page.

    We’ll get back to you within 48 hours to discuss suitable dates and send you our Demo Stock Agreement for you to review and sign. We’ll also collect the delivery details we need and confirm the arrangements with you before the equipment is sent to you.

  • Our demo programme is designed for anyone who needs to evaluate professional audio equipment in a real working environment. That includes rental companies, touring engineers, venues, system integrators and production companies.

    It’s particularly useful when you need to assess how a product fits into your existing workflow, network or production setup before making an investment.

  • A standard demo is usually seven days. This gives you enough time to get the equipment into your own environment, configure it and properly evaluate how it performs in real-world use.

    If you need the equipment for a particular project, rehearsal or production, let us know and we’ll do our best to work around your requirements.

  • The return is arranged by us in advance, so you’ll know when the equipment is due to be collected from you.

    A return delivery label will be included inside the case. You’ll need to attach the label to the case and hand it back to the courier at the agreed collection time.

  • No. The demo programme is designed to help you make an informed decision. There’s no obligation to purchase anything. We’d rather you properly test the equipment in your own environment and know whether it’s right for you before you commit to a purchase.

  • No. We’ll arrange the return collection with you in advance.

    This means you know when the equipment is being collected before your demo period ends, and you don’t have to organise the courier yourself.

  • Yes. Our demo programme includes access to our technical team throughout the evaluation process.

    If you have questions about configuration, workflow, networking or how the equipment fits into your system, you can contact us for support.

  • Each demo case includes the certified cabling required to use the equipment in a standalone setup, along with a QR code linking to useful information.

    This means you can quickly find the relevant setup information without having to search for it yourself.

  • We arrange delivery using DPD. Once the equipment has been dispatched, you’ll receive courier notifications with the relevant delivery information.

    The equipment will arrive securely packed in its case with the cabling and information you need to trial it.

  • That’s the point of the programme. You can evaluate the equipment in your own environment, whether that’s a rehearsal room, venue, production facility, network or live event.

    The equipment is supplied with the certified cabling needed to use the device in a standalone setup, so you can start evaluating it without having to source additional cables.
